Whatever Stiles had built up in his head when he heard the words "gay bar", he wasn't sure that Jungle was it. Sure there was the bad dance music and the flashing lights that made his head spin a little, but weren't there supposed to be like guys in cages dancing or something? He was pretty sure he'd seen that on TV. Not that it mattered, not like he was here for himself or anything. Just coming to spend some quality time with his good friend and teammate Danny.

Danny who he almost never spoke to.

Danny who didn't technically know he was here...

So he'd overheard Danny mention a teen night at the club to Jackson and decided to sneak over...just to see. Research purposes only.

"Is that okay? Did I say too much," Derek asked, knowing by the color of Stiles' face that the boy was embarrassed. It was kind of cute.

[stylin_stiles]

"I guess I just...don't see that guy you're describing?" Stiles frowned, trying to describe why it made him uncomfortable. "Plus kinda weird to hear all that coming from anyone about me, especially a guy."

[sourwolf_hale]

"So... you're okay with guys being here but you don't want any of them hitting on you," he questioned, tilting his head a little.

[stylin_stiles]

"I didn't say I didn't want guys hitting on me, I guess I just...didn't consider it a possibility?" He shrugged.

[sourwolf_hale]

"You're a little confusing, you know that Stikes," Derek teased, taking another pull of his glass.

[stylin_stiles]

"Yeah," he nodded, "I've been told that before." He realized the guy had had a lot of his beer where he'd had maybe two sips and tried to chug some, managing to not make a face.

"Why don't you think guys hitting on you would be possible? Cause nobody says they think you're attractive? Maybe you're just around the wrong kind of people," Derek questioned, watching the teen chug his beer. But it was obvious that this one didn't do that often.

[stylin_stiles]

"I mean I've never like taken a poll or anything, I don't know how other people feel about me," he shrugged, "I'm pretty sure they feel more or less neutral." He was still shifting a little, his fingers tapping on the table to distract himself when the conversation start to make him uncomfortable.

Derek watched his little prey for another second. He wouldn't get him into the back room this way. He was making Stiles uncomfortable and that always changed the taste of things. So he switched topics.

"Alright. So tell me a little about yourself," he asked. That way the boy felt like he had control over something.
